We personally meet and interview ALL of our staff before we let them loose on your campaigns, and our Team Leaders go through a rigorous selection and training process. Fantastic communication and an outgoing & confident personality are a must – forget about someone shoving leaflets in your face while wearing an I-pod because that’s not us! Plus our detailed database allows us to carefully select the right staff to match your requirements anywhere in the UK.

We’re really anal about organisation and systems! Campaigns of all budgets come with a dedicated Campaign Manager who will liaise with you throughout and provide you with a detailed report upon completion. To avoid those disasters we also book and brief local backup staff to be on call at short notice. And as an added incentive for our staff to work extra hard, we run a rating system (judged by Team Leaders) that dictates their pay for jobs in future – if that doesn’t make them engaging... well let’s not go there!
